2.Read Ch.10(attached) and then by thinking of ways to cope with stress effectively. We are not always able to change the stressors we face, but we do have control over the methods we use to cope effectively with them. What strategies have you included in your plan? Do you think they will help with physical tension/health or with remaining focused on positive thoughts to help you remain focused?

I’m applying at a University and they required an essay. I’m an International student and my language is not very good. I was enrolled in this school before and failed most of my courses due to my limited English language skills. This situation lead me to transfer to a community college for a couple of semesters and now i want to transfer back to the same University. The essay requires writing about what is my “plan for success”. Why am I in a better situation now? What have I learned and how will this translate to my future at the school.
