Vera I made several comments in your paper to substantiate your grade, some associated with writing style, grammar, and APA and others associated with the aspects of the assignment requirements I felt your paper was lacking. I did not notice that you explained the 4th type of knowledge- personal knowledge. In addition, the section explaining the patterns essential to practice was lacking some detail. Lastly, you did not provide an example of one pattern used in nursing practice (an example of how you applied one pattern of knowing in a clinical situation). I gave you full credit for APA – but please see my suggestions in your paper. I did not give you any credit for the example (practice) section and I deducted two points from the writing section for a total score of 80 Please let me know if you have questions concerning your grade.
