Your informed opinion on this topic should produce a 3 – 5 page double spaced paper. Using concepts and theories discussed throughout the course, determine the impact of such an action. Topics such as motivation, leadership, culture, and trust are good paces to start your discussion. External research in the form of academic journals and real examples is required to validate your opinion. Keep in mind, there is no right answer to this question. An informed and supported opinion is the appropriate response. Please be certain to properly cite your external research.
