•Mini Paper # 1 ◦Choose 2-3 topics from the first 6 chapters of the book that were relevant or interest to you.  Dig a little deeper into the research and apply in your paper.  I am looking for (1) APA format, (2)  External Sources to support your paper, cited properly, (3)  a thoroughly written paper, (4)  No grammar and spelling mistakes, (5)  Use this to your advantage.  Choose topics that are most relevant to you and that can help you transform in your leadership position.
