Case attached below.
Address the three questions listed for the case attached in Powerpoint in its Deliverable section.

Deliverable
Make an insightful, polished and concise powerpoint as if presenting to senior management at an actual company. It should be professionally prepared using PowerPoint and then saved as a PDF file.
Your analysis needs to address the following questions:
1. Discuss the effectiveness of the incentive compensation system. Did financial incentives and
quotas for types and number of accounts to be opened motivate WF employees to do the right thing? Were such incentives partially responsible for the employee misconduct? What can the newly appointed CEO do to incentivize employees for cross-selling without impairing the interests of customers?
2. Discuss the challenge for managers to balance the effects of autonomy given to employees to promote innovation and creativity and limit the adverse consequences of employee actions to pursue their goals.
3. Stumpf aggressively used cross-selling to drive up the price of the stock. Not only did he personally gain from the rise of the stock price, but even the shareholders were kept happy. However, in attending to the short-run interests of the stockholders, did he sacrifice the firm’s reputation in the long-run? Considering inaction by the Board during the period of misconduct, is it possible that the Board was captured by the CEO and Chairman, Mr. Stumpf? Would the proposed changes in the Board structure alleviate the issues? Will it cause a delay in key decisions?
