In order to manage workplace communication effectively, you need to understand how communication works within the various criminal justice entities. Select a criminal justice entity and consider the communication process and flow.

  • External environment, such as media or the public
  • Internal environment, horizontal as well as vertical communication (such as staff to CEO, section head to section head)
  • Discuss the problems associated with both external and internal environment communication
